• Adult Supervision — All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the room.
• Parental Responsibility — Grown‑ups are fully responsible for the safety, behaviour, and wellbeing of the children they bring.
• Non‑Refundable Bookings — Once a session is booked, it can’t be refunded, changed, or transferred, so please double‑check your time before confirming.
• Care for the Space — We ask everyone to treat the room, props, and equipment with kindness so all families can enjoy them. Any damage may result in a charge.
• Health & Safety — Please use the space safely and let us know right away if you spot anything that needs attention.
• Session Timing — Your session begins and ends at the time you’ve booked. Late arrivals won’t extend the session.
• Personal Belongings — Please keep an eye on your belongings. We can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
